REPORTS TO:
Chief Marketing Officer
INTERFACES WITH:
EEI Global Technology, Operations, Sales/Marketing, Account Management, and Graphics groups; technical vendors; and external Clients
SCOPE OF WORK:
Management and oversight of EEI Global�s Portfolio of internal (corporate-facing) and external (client-facing) business applications. These applications include (but are not limited to) client/server software, web sites, web applications, event registration and surveys and other event marketing technologies.

| Duties: | - Manage EEI Global�s overall portfolio of internal (corporate-facing) and external (client-facing) applications and projects
- Perform technical project management tasks:
- Develop and manage project time lines
- Direct internal resources and contracted technical vendors
- Report project status
- Manage financial budgets and human resource utilization for projects
- Analyze business functions and processes
- Gather basic project requirements
- Manage design of application / web site / screen layouts and flow
- Generate accurate estimates of project scope and timing
- Perform testing and Quality Assurance (QA) of all technical deliverables
- Perform ongoing content management and change management for production system
- Maintain general and specific project documentation, including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), technical contact information, testing scripts, and audit information
- Facilitate support to users of all applications
- Provide input regarding ongoing strategy for EEI Global Technology offerings

| Qualifications: | Education:
- Bachelor�s Degree required
- Professional training in project management, including PMP or other certification, preferred
- Professional training in web design, web development, testing and quality assurance, and other related disciplines a plus
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years� experience technical project management experience on B2B or B2C Web and Client/Server applications
- Demonstrated proficiency in the content management, change management, and testing/Quality Assurance of B2B or B2C web sites / applications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in management of one or more of the following Web technical platforms: Microsoft ASP/.Net, J2EE, C++
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience managing others � employees, contractors/freelancers and vendors -- including budget/hours reporting and managing deadlines
- Significant experience with any of the following products or operating systems is a major plus: Windows 7, Windows XP, HTML, DHTML, JQuery, JavaScript, CSS, Macromedia Flash, Testing/Quality Assurance software, File Upload software, and web analytics software
- System requirements gathering, data analysis, and change management skills are a major plus
