| Duties: | Defect Tracking and Test Metrics
Manage and maintain the automated process for producing test reports
QA any changes made to the automated test reports process
Create IBM CQ queries to track defects and produce reports as needed
Enforce defect standards with business partners
Interface with the test team to collect test metrics
Maintain the IBM CQ queries used for test metrics
Refine and suggest methods for displaying dashboard metrics using Excel or PowerPoint
Produce daily and weekly test status reports during a test cycle
Produce executive dashboards at the end of a test cycle
