REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Preferred Experience: 5 years minimum
� Demonstrated strong leadership skills
� Minimum 3 years experience running IT projects
� Healthcare experience preferred
� Proven experience managing large project teams and sub teams
� Proficient in formal project management methodologies
� Excellent understanding of risk management and mitigation
� High proficiency (expert-level) in the use of MS-Project deployed for the Enterprise and used by a large program leveraging all features.
� Requirements management and scope containment skills
� Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolutions skills
� Excellent oral and written communication skills (English speaking � required)

| Duties: | DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
� Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing complex application and system implementation projects using a formal project management methodology.
� Focus on ownership and maintenance of highly complex work plans with Internal and External dependencies.
� Facilitate the development of strategic plans for projects of high business and technical complexity.
� Ability to access complex changes and apply to work plans with precision and timeliness.
� Develops detailed work plans and schedules using MS Project.
� Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule.
� Develops and presents project-related presentations for executive leadership.
� Direct and frequent involvement in sponsor, client, and customer relations to ensure that service expectations are met.

� Bachelor's degree required
� Masters degree preferred
� PMP certification preferred |
