| Description: | Weblogic 8.1.5 to Oracle Weblogic 10gR3 upgrade. It is understood that this is to construct an initial assessment and define the high-level scope, project approach, master schedule, staffing requirements and detailed schedule for the first set of applications for the upgrade.
� Analysis
o Analysis of current state architecture
o Analysis of current state test plan/test strategy
o Analysis of current state test documents (test cases, test scripts)
o Analysis of current state test environments
� Identify applications that will be part of the Phase 1 Upgrade. For such applications in Phase 1
o High-level Scope ( Application Changes, Infrastructure Changes, Weblogic Installation, Configuration Changes, Interfaces Changes,)
o High-level Estimates (ROM) for the upgrade in a grouped manner
o High-level test scope for Phase 1 upgrade
o High-level test approach
o Creation of a high-level roadmap to deliver Weblogic 10gR3 Upgrade in alignment with Enterprise IT Strategy
o High-level staffing projections
o Project and engagement approach
