| Description: | My client is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support various clinical applications. This candidate will be part of a team supporting production applications and participate in the implementation of new applications and enhancements.

| Duties: | Responsibilities:
This Senior Systems Analyst will:
� Provide application support, including issue identification, triage and solution implementation
� Work with customers to document department workflow processes
� Work with customers to identify business requirements
� Understand and perform system configuration management
� Work with other IT application and hardware team members to coordinate customer issue resolution and communications
� Develop training and support documentation for customers and internal IT use
� Lead components of clinical projects under the direction of more Senior associates or the Project Manager
� Other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | Qualifications:
5+ years experience supporting Clinical IT applications is required
� BS/BA is preferred or equivalent
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills
� Experience working with customers to define business needs then translating them to system requirements
� Clinical background is preferred
� Experience with Sunrise Clinical Manager application is preferred
