| Description: | The Project Manager will supervise the activities of the personnel assigned to the project teams (local and remote), including assignment of tasks and monitoring progress. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the scope and delivery of projects within the allocated budget and schedule. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading successful software development and plant floor systems integration projects and developing teams of software engineers. This position has direct management responsibilities for a team of 12 - 14 software engineers and systems integrators. |
| Duties: | Project Management
1.Responsible for delivery of projects within defined project parameters (scope, budget and schedule).
2.Perform task estimation, task delegation and task management.
3.Project focal point for technical communication.
4.Focal point for project status reporting.
5.Track progress against project schedule.
6.Identifying and managing changes in project scope.
7.Ensures quality of the project by adherence to process, design, documentation and code reviews.
8.Keep management informed of all project related issues that can impede progress or jeopardize project.
Staffing
1.Identification of required resources.
2.Utilization of internal resources to satisfy requirements.
3.Identification of changes in project staffing to meet schedules.

| Qualifications: | Qualifications
1.Demonstrated Experience in Software Development and Management.
2.Demonstrated Experience working internal development and external development projects involving product development and plant floor systems integration.
3.Demonstrated management and development process experience and adherence.
4.Experience working embedded software projects is a plus.
5.Experience working with Automotive OEM and Supplier projects plus.
Working Experience
1.Minimum 5 Years of experience as a Software Engineering Project Manager
2.At least 10 years of relevant work experience
Education
Must have at minimum a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science / Engineering
