Business Analyst should have strong skills in requirements gathering and be familiar with the languages used in development.
The analyst will be expected to communicate with the business partners to gather requirements as well as document and communicate those to the technical team for development
Communication must not be an issue because they need to rely on this resource for requirements gathering.
Communicates with business users to determine requirements
Communicates with project leadership
Communicates with technical personnel
System configuration solution design and delivery documentation and communication
Establish relationships with key business partners to ensure full understanding of business needs and requirements
Deliver solutions to customer requests that enable their ability to perform critical business functions
Establish alliances with other IT and Business areas in order to influence and deliver the results necessary to achieve all strategic and operational initiatives
Experience in influencing and building relationships in order to foster a positive work environment and demonstrated consulting skills to affect change
Ability to understand work standards and identify issues risks and controls when providing solutions and supporting business workflows
Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of an organization
2years of hands on Analysis experience in IT solutions preferred
2 years of hands on software development experience in translating business needs into software systems preferred
The formal education level required for this position is a Bachelors degree Individuals without a formal degree will need 7 years equivalent experience
Formal leadership training preferred |
