Direct and contract to direct positions
Responsibilities:
� .Net development, VB.Net, C#
� Design and implement SQL security practices
� Must be knowledgeable about the application of stored procedures / TSQL
� Develop SQL server installation procedures
� Develop SQL production migration procedures.
� Establish software control for Visual Studio
� Design & implement intranet security as it relates to data warehouse and reporting application.
Innovative, rapidly growing company is expanding its IT team with a new Programmer/Analyst position. Three to five years of practical experience required and/or related two years of education towards IT degree.
Requirements:
� Strong skills in SQL. Experience with MS SQL Server 2005 and 2008.
� Skills in C#, VB.NET, JavaScript/AJAX, XML, Visual Studio, ASP.NET
� Skills in VBA/VBScript, Crystal Reports, Excel, Access and Word
� Ability to work cooperatively with a team.
� Ability to acquire and document customer requirements.
� Ability to estimate time-frames for project components, and report on-going progress.
� A firm understanding of iterative programming concepts.
� A propensity toward design simplicity, program readability and documentation.
� Experience designing table structures.
� Ability to handle simultaneous responsibilities.
� Ability to work with minimal supervision.
� Exceptional attention to detail and testing.
� Desire to excel as a professional Programmer/Analyst.
