Major Enterprise Projects is requesting information on the availability of a Scheduler to support a project for a potential duration of 11 months. This is an emergent vacancy that needs to be filled. The project has specific requirements that candidate must be a qualified Scheduler.
A seasoned Scheduler should have experience in the following areas:
� Reporting of schedule adherence metrics, earned value management indicators are required,
� Excellent capabilities in schedule monitoring and data integrity
� Qualified candidate must have expertise in P6 (Primavera Enterprise Project Portfolio)
� Must have experience with MS Project.
� Understand the use of Level of Efforts (LOE)
� Great interpersonal skills
� The ability to chair schedule review meetings
� Provide logical discussion on schedule adherence indicators
� Support cost loaded schedule maintenance
� Excel and MS Word skills are essential
� Experience in Continuous Improvement C apabilities
� Support a Standardized Working Environment
� Must have some construction background where they have done scheduling of resources against budget, project etc.
Is a support type project activity which must be done to support other work activities or the entire project effort. It usually consists of short amounts of work which must be repeated periodically. Examples may be project budget accounting, customer liaison. Most Scheduler�s work in an Engineering environment. The Scheduler�s responsibilities are very similar to a Project Manager.
