The SEM Director role is a key position responsible for driving the analysis and optimization of RateElert, Inc.�s web properties across Google and Bing including their Content Networks across a growing list of market verticals starting with the auto insurance vertical. This role requires the ability to think and prioritize strategically, analyze large sets of data, and multi-task across a wide array of responsibilities.

| Duties: | Specific responsibilities include:
� Manage and launch search engine marketing campaigns in different verticals (keyword expansion, ad copy optimization, performance analysis)
� Define Campaign & Ad Group structure
� Grow campaigns with new keyword ideas, better click through rates, and higher conversion rates.
� Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed financial targets
� Identify opportunities and solve problems via ongoing data analysis
� Implement testing and bidding strategies to continually uncover optimization levers, enhance learning, and improve performance
� Coordinate development and optimization of textual and graphical creative assets (keywords, banners, ad copy, landing pages, etc.)
� Stay informed on best practices and new features, (such as the latest Panda update from Google) in the Search Engine tools and Organic Rankings.
� Prior experience with a bid management tool is preferred but not required
� Manage all paid search advertising including, search engine, display media, e-mail marketing, social media, facebook ads, affiliate network, etc

| Qualifications: | � 3+ year in a hands-on direct SEO/PPC/SEM campaign launch and optimization role. Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
� Familiarity with long tail keywords, geo-targeting, bidding strategies.
� Experience managing 100s of thousands of keywords in Google , Yahoo, and Bing
� Excellent communication skills
� Self-directed, proactive and a strong attention to detail
� Ability to multi-task while staying focused on details
� Bachelor�s or Master�s degree in a marketing or quantitative discipline.
