| Description: | Responsible for the predetermined customers and all of the responsibilities to those customers ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained at all times, consistent with internal standards. |
| Duties: | 1. Helps to reconcile quality problems with their assigned customers as they arise.
2. Responsible to meet customer and plant determined goals, timelines and objectives.
3. Ability to prepare corrective action reports using customer specific specifications.
4. Assist in implementation of new plant quality policies, processes and procedures.
5. Reviews the daily metrics and measurables of their specified customers.
6. Assists/reviews with out going PPAP submissions to the customer�s specifications as required.
7. Reviews incoming PPAP submissions from sub-suppliers in a timely manner as required.
8. Attends planning and review meetings for their projects.
9. Uses MPACT program for APQP paperwork.
10. Will use the Pivotal software to log customer complains and track corrective action activity.
11. Handles corrective actions for their specified customers in a timely manner.
12. Creates and reviews APQP documentation as necessary.
13. Updates FMEA, Control Plans and Operator Instructions as indicated by corrective actions.
14. Verifies the effectiveness of their completed corrective actions.
15. Creates job books with operator instructions as required.
16. Reviews and accepts or declines warranty claims for their specific customer / product line.
17. Die shop and gauge shop visits during program development and tracking.
18. Customer visits to help identify processing priorities.

| Qualifications: | Minimum of 5 years manufacturing / quality experience in an ISO/TS16949 manufacturing environment. Quality systems experience required. APQP, PPAP and PSO knowledge and/or training is expected. Basic computer skills are required. GD&T experience is helpful and recommended. MPACT � APQP software knowledge or training is mandatory. |
