This position requires travel to customer sites, including internationally, on a regular basis.

| Duties: | � Provide technical support to end-user customers and sales engineers
� Instruct DELMIA and CENIT Offline Programming (OLP) training classes
� Travel to and conduct on-site training and consulting at customer sites worldwide
� Assist end-users in maximizing benefits and implementation of DELMIA / CENIT OLP software
� Customize DELMIA / CENIT software to meet specific end-user needs
� Research, design, customize, evaluate and maintain DELMIA / CENIT OLP software to meet customer requirements

| Qualifications: | � Practical working experience in multi axis offline programming, preferably robotics
� Practical working experience in multi axis CNC machining, G & M Code
� Solid understanding of 3D concepts
� 3D CAD/CAM experience and knowledge, preferably CATIA
� Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications
� BS in Math or Mechanical Engineering or related field required
� Must be willing to travel, including internationally, on short assignments on a regular basis
� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
� Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
� Motivated team-player
� Software development skills, Visual Basic, V5 knowledgeware
