| Description: | Looking for a highly motivated Engineering Program Manager for our Pontiac, MI facility. We are a small electronics division of a $4 Billion Tier 1 and 2 automotive supplier of safety equipment and an industry leader in seat belts, air bags, steering wheels, interior components, crash detection and avoidance electronics and heavy truck lane departure warning system.
The ideal candidate would have an Electronics development skill set coupled with Project/Program experience.
� Responsible for Charter execution and resource loading
� Responsible for customer requirements definition and control of stakeholder interests
� Responsible for project plan development through project team collaboration
� Responsible for project schedule creation and control of baseline training
� Responsible for milestone delivery of key functional electronic groups such as but not limited to software, hardware, mechanical and systems
� Directs and coordinates program activities while exercising control over personnel responsible for specific functions throughout the life cycle phases of program
� Responsible for control of project/program level risks, issue management, and project quality
� Reviews, reports and records activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objectives and modifies or changes methodology as required.
� Keeps management informed of issues.
� Identify, plan, and track program milestones.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor�s degree from a four-year college or university; with 2+ years related experience and/or training. Previous experience in automotive a plus.
Other qualifications:
� Strong technical electronic Program Management skill set
� Strong leadership and communication skills
� Experience with off shore Program Management preferred
� PMP certification a plus
� Experience with electronic design, product development and assembly
Skills Required:
Design, Electrical, Process/Process Control, Project Management, Product Launch Experience
Drug and Background Check Required.
