| Description: | Duties:
� Process payroll
� Analyze financial statements
� Planning/Forecasting
� Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
� Invoicing
� Perform month end adjusting entries and reconciliation of all G / L accounts (including cash and investments) to create monthly / annual consolidated financial statements.
� Create financial and other adhoc reports per management request. Create and maintain spreadsheets
� Prepare biweekly borrowing base certificates. Communicate with financial institutions.
� Perform year-end procedures including filing real and personal property city taxes, 1099�s, MI sales tax returns and internal audits.
Required Computer Skills:
Excel, Word, MAS90, Paychecks Payroll System experience (or similar)
Preferred Skills:
QuickBooks
Flexible schedule, approximately 64 hours per month.
