Warranty / Customer Service Admin

Description:Essential Responsibilities:
�Generates reports based on customer warranty return shipments.
�Downloads and reviews 8D's from warranty database.
�Reviews and directs 8D's to customers based on their requirements.
�Follows up with production facilities and Supplier Quality Engineers to close open 8D's to meet customer�s timelines and expectations.
Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
1. REQUIRED Specific Knowledge, Expertise, Coursework
� Excellent computer skills to include knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and use of PDF editor. Specific skills include the ability to make Pivot Tables in Excel and the ability to modify queries in Access. Ability to organize data, track progress of tasks and conduct follow up to drive for resolution of issues.
� Must have the ability to learn SAP software program.
2. REQUIRED Degree and/or Training, including specifically defined educational equivalent
� Two years commercial, vocational, or other specialized training beyond high school.
3. REQUIRED Certifications/Licenses
� None.
4. REQUIRED Specific Prior Experiences
� Tracking of data and information in computer databases or spreadsheets.
� Strong communication skills to leverage stakeholders and drive for resolution of issues.
