Insight is looking for a part-time person to work from home approximately 3 days per week/3 hours per day to call into new companies and organizations to uncover new client opportunties for Insight sales staff. This is a flexible 1099/contract position for the qualified candidate. |
| Duties: | Position Overview:
� Telephone prospecting position with the goal of generating qualified meetings pertaining to viable opportunities for Insight sales staff
� Prospecting focus will vary from generating general Insight introduction meetings to specific Insight technology offerings meetings

| Qualifications: | Requirements:
� Previous telephone-based cold calling experience � must be experienced at not being afraid to get on the phone, making the calls, and getting rejections
� 3 hours/day cold calling, 3 days per week, during Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
� Need to own PC, Internet connection, fixed desk phone, hands-free headset
� Need to send an email at end of each day of; Calls, Connects, Appointments
� Experience in Insight�s technology market space to be conversant with prospects is preferred but not mandatory
� Should be familiar with basics of email, Word, Excel, etc
What the candidate will receive:
� Refresher cold call training by Insight Technologies
� Hourly pay rate on 1099 basis � 30 hour max per month
� Additional flat-rate pay per qualified appointment � qualified appointments to be clearly defined in interview.
� Additional profit sharing of upfront commissions on all first year business uncovered by Inside Salesperson.
� Position has the potential to expand into other administrative sales and marketing responsibilities.
