| Description: | Job Responsibilities/Goals:
1) What is the new associate expected to do?
� Coordinate with multiple groups (DIAM and Customer) to manage program through production launch.
� Develop and manage program timing considering customer and DENSO milestones and requirements,
� Define test requirements and plans with customer and internally, with occasional test support.
� Compressor Initial packaging and design evaluation and analysis.
� Liaise and communicate with DNJP and customer to develop solutions to program Issues as they arise.
� Perform vehicle/bench level testing to support program development.
2) What are the results to be achieved?
� Successful program launch on time with no qualify concerns,
� All program milestones met timely with no delays and minimal follow-up.
� Customer and internal requirements and requests met with creative solutions
3) What travel or special assignments are involved
(a) What? 1) Customer visit. 2) Road Trip and Customer Assembly Plant
(b) Where? 1) Michigan 2) U.S.
(c) How often? 1) 2-3 per week 2) 1-2 per year
(d) Average length of stay? 1) 2 hours 2) 3-5 days
