Job Description:
Initially, one week a month is necessary for travel to Mexico. That will subside and only be about 10% of the time after about six months providing processes and flow of information is moving properly. The candidate will be working out of our office in Monroe.
The locations in Mexico are: Puebla, Hermosillo & Saltillo. The primary location for accounting activity is in Puebla.

| Duties: | Job Responsibilities:
� Responsible for financial statement reporting of three Mexican operations
� Uses independent judgment to conduct complex cost analysis that meets universally accepted accounting policies.
� Conducts internal accounting audits to determine accuracy of accounting systems, associated with maintaining general ledger.
� Is required to develop financial statements and reports in a timely manner.
� Handles or assumes lead role in accounting projects as assigned by supervisor.

| Qualifications: | Job Requirements:
� Bachelor�s degree required. CPA, CMA or MBA preferred
� Five to seven years of general accounting or auditing experience
� Manufacturing or Cost background preferred
� Be self-directed and a self-starter.
� Excellent computer skills �Excel, Word and Access
� Have good organization skills and be an effective communicator with personnel at all levels
� Must speak fluent Spanish.
� Must be physically able to freely access all areas of the plant and grounds
� Must be willing to travel to Mexico operations approximately 25% of the time (anticipate 1 week per month minimum) after policies and procedures in place travel 2-3 days per month
