| Description: | Teijin Advanced Composites America Inc., is focused on bringing lightweight, high strength composites to high volume applications. Parent company, Teijin, is a global technology-driven group operating in: specialty fibers, resins, films, medical & pharmaceuticals, and IT businesses.
Responsibilities: -Manage complex timelines supporting facility launch, equipment installation, and development project timelines.
-Responsible for managing the part quotation process including: coordinating internal resources, assisting in technical review, establishing accurate cost model, completing customer RFQ formats, and post quote follow through.
-Assist in managing budgets for facility, capex, tooling, and development.
-Assist in research and evaluation of potential locations for production facilities.
-Pull together key information from various experts and consolidate in a common format.
-Interfaces with customers on a frequent, sometimes daily, basis.
Qualifications: -Dynamic individual with project management skills, strong technical capabilities, and commercial aptitude.
-5+ years of experience required
-4 year degree in a technical field or business is required.
-Prefer a candidate with plastic molding, or fiberglass / carbon fiber composites experience
-Strong customer interface skills
