Position Summary:
Coordinates the day-to-day operation of all aspects of logistics including distribution, inventory control and fulfillment.

Position Responsibilities:
� Arranges warehousing and transportation of product to customer
� Investigate and respond to inquiries regarding distribution and shipping
� Analyze and interpret logistics data involving customer service, forecasting, procurement, manufacturing inventory, transportation or warehousing
� Performs other related duties as assigned
� Direct inbound and outbound logistics operations
� Ensure carrier compliance with company policies and procedures for product transit and delivery
Essential Skills and Experience:
� Knowledge of logistic processes/procedures
� Dependability - requires being reliable, responsible and dependable and fulfilling obligations
� Proficient computer skills
� Mathematics - knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics and their applications
� Stress tolerance - requires accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations
� Ability to follow instructions carefully, requiring basic reading skills and ability to follow diagrams & pictures
� Ability to respond to changes in demand by shifting labor from one product line to another

� This person will help with developing releases for WD/WK components and doors from JQ. They will also be involved customer development for WD/WK and GMX350. This involves communication of pack and label standards, and development of EDI/ASN system. They will also be involved in the Kanban calculation and execution used for production of GMX main carriers and welding. Other activities could include schedule of service parts and helping with cycle counts.
� This person should have a college degree and 3-5 years of scheduling / materials management or logistics experience. Experience with Kanban, Microsoft excel and access are desired and of course if they speak Chinese that would be a big plus. We are looking for someone with energy and at least some IT savvy. They may be required to send ASN�s or run simulation programs to develop schedules.
