| Duties: | (30%) Manage the web development team
� Develop, mentor, train, manage, and support a team of highly talented web developers
� Collaborate with marketing, agency and international teams to deliver quality products within specific deadlines
� Responsible for web architecture decisions to ensure well thought out design and conceptualization,
� Manage day to day development activities from development to testing for all front end web development work
(30%) e-Commerce Web Architecture
� Architect rich applications to support the company�s eCommerce functionality and business requirements
� Collaborate with marketing, agency, in-house designers, business analysts, project management and technical teams on web designs
� Apply user interface design skills when implementing features
(40%) Web Development
� Write, modify, and debug e-Commerce web user interfaces
� Work closely with the team to ensure they are effectively writing, modifying and debugging e-Commerce web interface
� Generate tests for User Interfaces
� Rapidly prototype new ideas and concepts as needed
� Estimate the duration of design and development tasks
� Support all production applications that the team is responsible for developing

| Qualifications: | � Mastery of JavaScript, JSP, AJAX, CSS, and XHTML
� Expert in developing efficient AJAX interfaces with in-depth knowledge of available user interface libraries and frameworks (e.g. YUI, DOJO, JQuery, Prototype, etc.)
� Working knowledge of Flash, digital imaging and digital imaging tools, and back end techniques
� Comfortable with usability and information architecture principles. Prefer eCommerce site experience.
� Bachelor�s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
� Excellent team player with good communication skills with both non-technical & technical co-workers
� Agile project management experience
� 10+ years IT industry experience. Prefer experience with hi-tech web development firms, startups, or eCommerce business units.
� 5+ years experience building JavaScript/CSS/JSP-based front ends for viewing on multiple browsers and operating systems (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
� 2+ years supervisory experience with a team of developers in a fast-paced environment
