Outside Sales Position (Sr. Account Manager) calling on existing customers as well as cold calling and prospecting for new ones.
Territories available are:
Metro Detroit - Western Suburbs, Down River, Ann Arbor to Jackson
Western Michigan � All points west of Lansing down thru Jackson including Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Benton Harbor, Muskegon, Holland and other�s in this geographic area.

You must have prior success calling in the highly competitive markets of "Industrial Automation & Process Control" where your products may be the most expensive or not even on spec!
You must have experience calling on... OEM's (Machine Builders), Tier 1 & 2 Suppliers, Water/Wastewater, Power Generation and System Integration markets.
You must have a vast working knowledge of Machine & Machine Control, Process Control Systems (PID Loops) and Automation & Control Systems (SCADA Systems).
You must have STRONG closing skills and have previously sold ELECTRICAL (I/O, PLC�s, HMI�s, Industrial PC's, Servo & Stepper Motors, Drives & Controls, VFD�s, Surge Protection, Wireless & Ethernet), MECHANICAL (Pressure, Temperature, Flow & Level) and INSTRUMENTATION (Analyzers) solutions & systems. You must be a relentless hunter willing to network with your peers, make cold calls and prospect to grow your territory.
You should have prior "Professional Sales Training" which includes good phone skills, strong listening skills and above average problem solving skills.
You must have prior income of at least $65,000.00 from a "Commission Based" compensation plan and be comfortable working in an environment where the majority of your pay will be based on your results.
You must be currently employed and have at minimum a 4 year degree in one of the following �Engineering� disciplines; Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Computer or Industrial Engineering. |
