Electrical Maintenance Technician |

| Description: | *Identify, document, and report root-cause of failures on machine components.
* Able to communicate and document effectively through computer applications and presentations.
* Fulfill all contractual obligations (cost savings, delivery, quality, reporting, etc.) for a given site location.
*Stay focused to complete and meet deadlines.
* Champion and delegate site continuous improvement projects.
* Provide support to customer users.
*Provide suggestions on process, product, or supplier improvements in order to promote machinery uptime.

| Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications
* BS in Electrical Engineering degree with minimum of 5 years of progressive work related experience, or the equivalency of 10 years� experience in an Automotive manufacturing background.
* Two+ years of Technical Improvement experience with Electrical Machine Components.
* Excellent interpersonal, communications, and documentation skills.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel is critical.
*Familiarity or experience with Engine or Transmission machining operations
Other Qualifications
*Documented Training programs relating to Electrical Componenets (PLCs, Drives, Controllers, etc..)
*Documented OEM manufacturers training on Electrical Components (Fanuc, Unico, Mitsubishi, NTC, Siemens, etc..)
