Junior Release Manager (Contract-to-Hire) (1454-AA)

As a Junior Release Engineer you will play a key role in getting our client�s products to market as quickly as possible.

LOCATION
Lansing / East Lansing, MI

COMPENSATION
20-30/hr

REQUIRED
  • Associate's or Bachelor�s degree in Management of Information Systems, Telecommunications or related field, or 2 years equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of reading and modifying web and markup languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML
  • 1+ years of working with SQL and relational databases
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Self-motivated and able to collaborate with a diverse set of people from many disciplines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools, specifically Excel and Word
PREFERRED
  • Familiarity with third party e-commerce providers and content management systems is a plus
  • Fluency in a foreign language is a plus
OVERVIEW
You will work with teams across the company to gather and coordinate updates, create and modify ecommerce and database scripts, assist with validation and testing, and ensure overall product quality is at the highest possible level.
