| Description: | Responsible for training Electronic Medical Records (EMR) applications and operational workflows.
Responsible for teaching the end users and providing implementation support for the training program.

| Duties: | � Demonstrates excellent presentation skills.
� Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
� Effectively uses adult learning processes including design, teaching, testing, and comprehension assessment.
� Continuously analyzes the learning needs and styles of end users and adapts education process to be effective.
� Appropriately represents client by presenting a positive image to the project team, training team, departments, medical staff, leadership and outside constituents.

| Qualifications: | � Bachelor�s degree or equivalent experience in Education, Healthcare or related field required.
� A minimum of 3 years in Education role: Education Specialist, Trainer or Adult Classroom instructor (Adult Education preferred)
� Ability to commit to a 5-6 month project.
� Ability and willingness to learn new applications/technologies.
� A track record of dependability.
