| Description: | Robcad/ Process Design Simulation Operator Engineer evaluate various robotic applications. The objective is to validate the functionality, sequence & cycle time of these applications. When required the simulation engineer uses the simulation to offline program the robots.
Day Shift is as follows: Monday - Friday 10 to 12 hour shifts / Saturday 6 to12 hour shift (6a - 6:30p)
Night Shift is as follows: 4 days 12 hour shifts (6p - 6a) 1 day 6 hour shift (12a - 6a)

| Duties: | ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Completes robot reach studies.
-Models tooling from drawing, CAD files, & existing libraries.
-Determines robot cell arrangement & robot placement
-Makes recommendation to designs & system functionality.
-Makes changes to existing simulations
-Completes field checks when applicable.
-Offline program robots.
-Provides documentation of evaluation.

| Qualifications: | EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelors Degree (B.S.E.E./B.S.M.E.) preferred with two to four years related experience. Robot Programming experience preferred.
The simulation software we use is Process Designer, Process Simulate, and Robcad
