(2) Client Certified Client Tool Coordinators per shift will be on-site to develop and maintain a ToolScan RCM PM schedule for GM Spring Hill, schedule PM�s and calibrations, and provide technical support.
The Client will buy and own ALL PARTS used in the repair and PM of the affected power tools and these will be kept on-hand at GM Spring Hill to ensure fast turn-around.
All tools determined to be �BER� will be replaced by Atlas Copco at no additional cost to GM Spring Hill.
The on-site Coordinators will organize and maintain the spare tools and parts inventories and perform repairs on-site at GM Spring Hill where practical.
Monthly Fixed Cost for Mgmt & Equipment $21,000/ month
Variable Cost $2.55/ automobile
Technician (Future) Cost $7500/ month per Technician
Overtime (over 40 hours per week) to be billed at $60 per hour per Technician for overtime hours requested by GM. Overtime worked that was not requested by GM will not be charged.
