| Description: | Responsible for the quality systems and personnel and all of the functions therein in an automotive metal stamping/welding/assembly environment. |
| Duties: | 1. Act as management representative for quality system and maintain compliance to TS-16949 standards in addition to customer specific and internal requirements.
2. Implements new plant quality policies, processes and procedures.
3. Lead monthly MOS review process and maintain accurate records.
4. Reviews the day-to-day metrics and measurables and determines when corrective actions are needed.
5. Writes procedures and work instructions as needed.
6. Responsible to meet plant determined goals and objectives.
7. Plant level supplier development.
8. Discipline employees fairly that do not follow policies, procedures and work instructions or continuously show carelessness by producing nonconforming or suspect material.
9. Fairly evaluate employees based on standardized measurables.
10. Motivate employees by creating a good working atmosphere.
11. Help reconcile quality problems with assigned customers as needed.
12. Lead daily �fast response� internal reviews.
13. Assist in implementation of new plant quality policies, processes and procedures.
14. Handle corrective actions for specified customers in a timely manner.
15. Verify the effectiveness of completed corrective actions.
16. Conduct customer visits to help identify processing priorities.

| Qualifications: | Quality system experience preferably in automotive stamping environment; minimum of 8 years management / manufacturing / quality experience in a plant level capacity. APQP, PPAP and PSO knowledge and/or training, internal audit experience and/or training is expected. Basic computer skills are required. GD&T experience is helpful and recommended.
