| Description: | 1) What is the new associate expected to do?
Support HAV engineering activities including:
� Development of new HVAC design
� Closure of open issues with Plant / Customer / Supplier
� Creation of 3D models / 2D models
� Issuance of Design Changes
� Testing / Validation of HVAC
2) What are the results to be achieved?
Meet HVAC development objectives considering the following:
� Completion of design activities which meet performance / quality objectives.
� Issuance of all 3D / 2D data based on agreed schedule.
� Closure of open issues based on agreed schedule.
3) What travel or special assignments are involved?
(a) What? Travel to Customer /Denso Mfg. Plant
(b) Where? Customer � Auburn Hills, Denso Mfg. � Battle Creek
(c) How often? Customer: 1 Week, Denso Mfg. 1/qtr
(d)Average length of stay? <1day

Minimum: BSME
Desire: BSME
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum: 0-3 years in automotive field
Desire: 3 years in automotive field
TYPE OF EXPERINCE:
Minimum: Automotive Field
Desire: Automotive thermal engineering field
SKILLS / ABILITIES NEEDED:
Minimum: Windows office especially Excel and PowerPoint
Desire: Windows office especially Excel and PowerPoint, UG, Catia and other related engineering software.
