Job Summary:
Responsible for the support of servers and systems infrastructure globally. A strong background of 3rd line Windows and Intel support with exposure to remotely supporting global organization. Required experience in architecture, design and project control. We are a fast moving organization requiring an energetic and self-driven individual who is open to new challenges.
Planning and Design:
� Assist in change management planning, originate, establish and administer standards, policies and procedures.
� Proactive in research, quantify and develop business case proposals for new technologies.
System Installation:
� Lead installation and configuration of new servers and systems providing control, planning and direction to your colleagues on site.
� Follow global and setting regional/global standards.
� Coordinate with other specialist teams such as Networks, DBA�s and Applications.
Preventative Maintenance:
� Analyze requirements for architecture changes and make recommendations to IT Management.
� Evaluate existing server and storage architecture for vulnerabilities, failure point and you introduce improvements to system performance.
Project Control:
� Lead various IT projects ranging from new business implementations to internal IT Enhancements and system implementation controlling the solution, costs and timelines.

� Understanding/awareness of ITIL processes, Change Management, Problem Management, Incident Management.
� Ability to write technical documentation and proposals.
