| Description: | Job Responsibilities/Goals:
1) What is the new associate expected to do?
I would like him/her to make good software design document and sauce code based on his/her engineering background by using C/C++ knowledge. I would like him/her to follow the procedure of our software development process.
Denso Telematics team is expected by our customer not only a Telematics device supplier, but also a system integrator who can take the lead of related companies such as network provider and service provider. I would like him/her to play an important role to make Denso to be the system integrator
2) What are the results to be achieved?
Denso can deliver the reliable product to our customer based on his/her effort to ensure the software quality. Our manager will recognize him/her as an important software engineer who knows Telematics field very well. Suppliers/DNJP software engineer will follow his/her direction through his/her logical/persuasive way of thinking/explaining.
Our s/w staff will recognize him/her as our team important member.
3) What travel or special assignments are involved
(a) What? Technical meetings with suppliers
(b) Where? Los Angeles, Carlsbad, San Diego, Dallas, Japan
(c) How often? Once in 3 months
(d) Average length of stay? Three days
