| Qualifications: | Desired Skills & Experience
� Candidate must have a solid working knowledge of either the Java or .NET object model and demonstrable skills in programming with the language
� Candidate must have a solid working experience in the development of web-based applications
� Have experience with implementation of solutions based on the applicable object model
� Possess superior problem solving ability
� Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
� Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
� Have experience with SQL Server, MySQL, and/or Oracle
� Must be knowledgeable in latest web-based technologies
� Certifications a plus
� Experience with SharePoint a plus
