| Description: | Job Responsibilities/Goals:
What is the new associate expected to do?
A.) Provides technical and administrative support for local and/or shared services projects. Identifies project scope and objectives, develops project plans, monitors schedules, checklists end confirms overall results. Assists with the development and/or implementation of job instructions or manuals.
B.) Coordinates project management activities related to scheduling, progress monitoring, process management, IT systemization, quality review or problem resolution as well as coordinating countermeasures, as needed, for a variety of local DENSO affiliates and DIAM shared services projects,
C.) The central point of contact to receive and act on concerns, or enhancements for project management tools, Works with NAITS and/or vendor(s) to resolve issues.
What are the results to be achieved?
Projects to be completed in timely manner within scope, budget and time. Ensures and coordinates IT Process improvement activities as directed by management.
What travel or special assignments are involved?
(a) What? Some travel will be necessary as part of IT Process Improvement Activities
(b) Where? Selected DENSO North American Plants
(c) How often? Twice annually
(d) Average length of stay? 10 days per trip

| Qualifications: | What are the educational requirements?
Minimum: Associates degree in business management or related experience.
Desired/Ideal: Bachelors Degree in related field or related experience
