We are seeking a highly skilled senior .NET C# MVC Web developer with a strong background in building high quality, scalable web applications.

COMPENSATION
35-55/hr (depending on skills and experience)

REQUIRED
- The ideal candidate will have strong technical analysis and development experience writing MVC3/Razor .NET applications using Visual Studio 2010, C#, LINQ, ADO.NET, WCF Web Services in a SQL Server 2005 database environment.
- Candidates must have a good working knowledge of TSQL, AJAX and ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2005 stored procedures.
- Proficient in developing technical design documents, deploying consistent coding conventions and performing thorough testing. Ability to communicate technical recommendations through meetings and knowledge-sharing presentations.
PREFERRED
- Experience with SVN, SharePoint, WordPress, and SSRS including creation/design (table, matrix & chart controls) and building of the accompanying back-end data source is a plus.

As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external facing web applications, as well as building new functionality for existing systems which takes advantage of the latest versions of the .NET framework. We envision implementing scalable, modern approaches for dynamic, user-friendly web applications used both internally and by our external customers.
This person will work with a team of experienced analysts, developers and business resources to build highly-performing enterprise systems that increase staff productivity and financial performance.
