Programmer/Analyst - Developer

Description:PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION:

To provide all of the development, maintenance and content of core marketing web applications which will increase Sales leads.
Duties:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Process Owner and Lead Developer for FRA Sales Lead Database website
Process Owner and Lead Developer for one central database for Sales tools that can be used across all of our major sites � Internet, SaveYourFactory, Intranet/Sales Toolbox, cRc Site, cRc Site for Distributors.
Focal point for maintaining and maximizing all sales tools (presentations, videos, pictures, ads. brochures) working with Sales and Segment Engineers on the Sales Toolbox (STB)
Responsible for development, maintenance and all content for making sure to post new products as soon as possible (Internet Site Webmaster) that follows the core direction provided in the corporate OMQ for strategic market growth
Including the Fit for SubSites (Pick/Pack/Pal, Paint, MTB, Alternative Energy)
Responsible for development, regular maintenance and all content for saveyourfactory.com (Save Your Factory Webmaster)
Provide quarterly updates of accomplishments to be incorporated in Staff Market updates
Provide expertise on process improvements and implement them when approved by management.
Special Projects as needed.
Qualifications:MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
� Programming/application development experience in C, C++, VB, Java or .Net
� Knowledge of system design and development processes
� Good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, MySQL or Oracle Databases
� Iphone Application Development experience preferred
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
� Strong multi-tasking abilities
� Proficient in Microsoft Office
High level of personal initiative; ability to work independently
Ability to work effectively across the organization with people of varying job responsibilities and backgrounds.

2. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

� Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Business

3. PHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY

� Position involves desk work 75% of the time.

� Some lifting may be required.


4. VISUAL ACUITY, HEARING AND SPEAKING


� Good visual acuity, hearing and speaking is required.



5. ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULING

� Willing to work overtime when required to meet special deadlines in response to customer requirements.
� Must be able to travel to customer sites as required
