| Description: | We are a growing company looking for an in-house website designer that is passionate about website design & SEO. This is a short term (90 day contract) opportunity that could turn into a long-term career for the right person.

| Duties: | The right person SHOULD:
Be a Hand XML hand coder with tableless design experience
Have an understanding of W3C standards
Have an understanding of SEO and how to incorporate a strategy into a website.
Have a nice eye for current designs.
Must be able to follow our current coding standards and work well in a team setting, as well as possess the ability to work on multiple projects and under deadlines
Strong understanding of current web trends and best practices
Self-motivated and passionate about web UI technologies

| Qualifications: | Should be an EXPERT in the following:
xHTML 1.0 Strict Handcoding (mandatory)
.PHP
Table-less CSS
SEO
Ability to translate Photoshop design compositions into valid, semantic (X)HTML and CSS
JavaScript, especially jQuery
HTML
Setting up hosting
Setting custom DNS for C-Name, A & MX Records
Flash w/action scripting
W3C Standards
Social Marketing
PhotoShop
mySQL database
Joomla
Zen Cart
Wordpress
Desired Skills:
�Appreciation for good design
�Knowledge of SEO practices
�Ability to work in Flash and ActionScript a plus, but not a requirement
