| Duties: | The right person SHOULD:
Be a Hand XML hand coder with tableless design experience and understand HTML 5.
Have an understanding of W3C standards
Have an understanding of SEO and how to incorporate a strategy into a website.
Have a nice eye for current designs.
Must be able to follow our current coding standards and work well in a team setting, as well as possess the ability to work on multiple projects and under deadlines
Strong understanding of current web trends and best practices
Self-motivated and passionate about web UI technologies

| Qualifications: | Should be an EXPERT in the following:
HTML 5
xHTML 1.0 Strict Handcoding (mandatory)
.PHP
Table-less CSS
SEO
Custom Website Forms
Ability to upload websites to an .ftp
Ability to translate Photoshop design compositions into valid, semantic (X)HTML and CSS
Wordpress themes & widgets
JavaScript, especially jQuery
HTML
Setting up hosting
Setting custom DNS for C-Name, A & MX Records
Flash w/action scripting
W3C Standards
Social Marketing
PhotoShop
mySQL database
Joomla
Zen Cart
Desired Skills:
�Appreciation for good design
�Knowledge of SEO practices
�Ability to work in Flash and ActionScript a plus, but not a requirement
�Want to challenge yourself and push the cutting edge of web application
